Our Pedicure training course is the perfect compliment to the Manicure course & is essential if you want to pursue a career as a Beauty Therapist or Nail Technician.
This Pedicure training course will provide an extension to the skills you have learnt as a manicurist and give you full knowledge of natural toenail care, preparation for pedicure, lower leg massage, and how to create a professional finish with polish.
Entry Requirement:

Previous manicure training is required to enrol on this course. Once enrolled on the course we will send you an essential manual within 72 hours, which will detail all the information you need and help you to prepare prior to the day of your course

What could this qualification lead to?
This NVQ qualification will allow you to work as a qualified beauty massage therapist. As the NVQ is an industry wide recognised qualification, you will have opportunities in a wide range of areas such as beauty salons, health spas and day spas or the ability to work for yourself as an independent therapist. 
 
If you don’t want to gain the NVQ then ourMi:Skin certificaes areaccredited with Professional Beauty, meaning you can gain liability insurance to carry out your treatments. Ideal for self employed & mobile therapists.
 
This will involve the completion of 3 case studies at home and completion of your Mi:Skin Training workbook. On successful completion you will received your accredited course certificate.
How is the NVQ Assessed?
You will be assessed on your knowledge and practical routines during the days you are in class with us. You will then be required to practice your new skills at home and provide three written case studies, detailing your practice treatments done at home. Upon completion of these case studies, you will be required to attend our NVQ Assessment Days where you will perform 3 manicure service on paying clients (we organise clients for you) whilst being assessed by an NVQ Assessor. You will also need to sit two Exam Papers with us to evidence your anatomy and physiology knowledge.

  • Spa Pedicure Procedure including hot oil, mask and paraffin wax treatments

  • £145+VAT ( excludes spa treatments)
  • £269+VAT (VTCT VRQ Level 2 Award in pedicure Services)
